Most clients are corporate industrial owners, developers, TIMO’s, REIT’s, private equity groups, and high net-worth individuals and families. His responsibilities include market and property analysis, and assisting clients with acquisition and disposition. Research, evaluation, technical support, and strategic planning are also inherent to Mr. Flack’s field and scope of services. Mr. Flack has consulted and/or directed sales of over 1,000,000+ acres in Texas since 2000. His reputation, through his experience in the land industry, is widely acclaimed.
