Willie Baker is the President of Baker Auctions & Real Estate. Willie is a KY Licensed Principal Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker. Willie is also a Licensed Auctioneer in Florida and Tennessee and is currently completing the requirements for his Florida and Tennessee Real Estate Broker License Willie is an active member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), the Kentucky Auctioneers Association (KAA) where he serves on the Board of Directors, the Florida Auctioneers Association (FAA), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Kentucky Association of Realtors (KAR). Willie is fully engaged in the Auction and Real Estate industry and recently completed the requirements for the Auction Marketing Management (AMM) Designation from the NAA. Willie is also currently enrolled in the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) which is the highest form of education for an auctioneer and the NAA’s most prestigious designation. Willie has multiple successful real estate and farm auctions to his credit, but also specializes in equipment, business liquidations, and estates. Willie also sells real estate traditionally.
