After graduating from The Pennsylvania State University with a bachelors degree in accounting, Jolley worked for the same company for over 36 years in progressively more responsible positions, retiring as the Group Vice President, Finance for a major division of Allegheny Technologies, a Fortune 500 company. After job transfers took him to four states, he was relocated to middle Tennessee in 1991 and has lived here ever since with his wife and two children. Jolley has a passion for the outdoors having been hunting and fishing for over 50 years. He is the co-owner of J and J Outdoors LLC, a company that manages farms and hunt clubs currently with a management portfolio of over 4,500 acres. J and J gives back to the community by sponsoring an annual weekend hunt for our wounded service men and women, both National Guard and regular military service members. He also guides for the Governor's One Shot annual spring turkey hunt each year.
