As an added bonus, you can snowmobile and ATV right from camp or hike/snowshoe/cross-country ski/hunt/fish in the 3000 acre Sunkaze Meadows Wildlife Refuge which is literally less than a mile away. Or take the kids on a short ride to the stocked pond at the Maine Youth Fish and Game Pickerel Pond facility which hosts great youth programs. The County Road is town maintained. Bring your plow or snowshoes for the rest of the way and you can use the camp year-round.
