Farm Description

Tract 229 is a beautiful 37.91 acre ranch located approximately 19 miles northeast of St. Johns, Arizona in the secluded highlands of the Arizona/New Mexico border country. The land is situated at a cool and clear 6,200 foot elevation where the comfortable temperatures allow ranch owners to enjoy their land year-round. With the abundance of groundwater, owners in Sierra Highlands Ranch are exempt from the requirement to obtain a drilling permit for their domestic wells. Step across the entire 1,850’ eastern border of this land and you enter into a 640 acre section of State Trust Land. This beautiful wooded acreage provides a quiet and scenic backdrop for Tract 229's owners with no neighbors for an entire mile across from the property’s eastern boundary. The total price of this land is $29,500. With the minimum down of $2,950, the monthly payment is $245. All closing costs are included and the first land payment isn't due for two months. No qualifying seller financing with the 10% down payment is available to all buyers.
