Hole in The Rock Ranch
South Highway 13 : Meeker, CO 81642
Rio Blanco County, Colorado

Farm Description
The Hole in the Rock Ranch offers a very diverse landscape ranging from Pine covered hillsides to oak brush, bitter brush and alfalfa fields. All of which create a very unique atmosphere, incredible deer hunting, elk hunting and turkey hunting. Throughout the fall the ponds, spring and tanks are absolutely hammered with elk. The grass around the watering areas turn from lush green to mud color as the elk hammer these areas. Through thoughtful engineering, a spring which lies in the upper pine covered draw has been developed and runs via a pipeline into 3 different tanks offering excellent water for animals. The lower portion is watered by the year around Sheep creek, additional spring and multiple ponds. Turkeys roost in the pines and filter out into the tanks and fields in large numbers intermixing with the deer and the elk. Located in hunting unit 22 this ranch qualifies for several deer vouchers annually with over the counter bull tags. Unit 22 is well known for incredible elk and deer hunting with great deer being harvested on an annual basis. The ranch is located approximately 5.5 miles from the town of Meeker, Colorado with good year around access. The Grand Junction airport or the Eagle Valley Regional Airport are both located within 1.5 hours of the ranch. This is one of the best hunting ranches on the market today and one you can guarantee many successful opportunities to harvest a variety of animals and birds.
