Your new home will offer a great country atmosphere while still being convenient to shopping and restaurants. Because of its proximity to Interstae 85 and Route 58, Lake Gaston public boat ramps are less than 30 minutes away. These lots have some timber but are mostly cleared and will require only a little clearing and grubbing to start building your home. Perc sites have already been identified and are surveyed and recorded. These lots are being offered as one package, but the seller will consider an offer on fewer than all 9 lots. These lots do have deed restrictions but they are permissive while still offering protection to your investment. The forecast for new homes sales in the next year is good and they may not last long.

Brunswick County was created in 1720, and its lands were taken from parts of Prince George, Surry and Isle of Wight counties. The county was named for the former Duchy of Brunswick-Lunenburg, which was a British possession in the 18th century. The first English settlers in Brunswick county swarmed into the lands near Fort Christanna during its 4 years of operation 1. Brunswick County was established in 1720 from Prince George County. In 1732 the county received more land from parts of Surry and Isle of Wight counties. Brunswick County stretched all the way to the Blue Ridge until 1745, when a series of new counties was formed and the current western border established. In 1780 Greensville County was formed from part of Brunswick's eastern side and in 1787 the county's eastern border was finalized with a minor adjustment.
