This is a beautifully wooded tract adjacent to the Three Lakes Wildlife Management Area. All of the west boundary is adjacent to state-owned land that only allows foot traffic/ no hunting and drives game to this property.
The tract has 1,900 feet of lake frontage on Lake Marian, an eight mile long lake that is one hour south of Orlando. It is part of the Kissimmee and Alligator Chain-of-Lakes and part of the Kissimmee Basin Fishing Trail. The Kissimmee Basin Fishing Trail includes eighteen Bass lakes and reservoirs and over 50,000 acres of fantastic fresh-water fishing. Lake Marian is well-known for Bass and Crappie fishing.
The lakefront includes a 400 foot composite construction dock with a private, registered seaplane base. A professionally built clay motocross track is located on the property. Also great for side-by-side Atv's.
The 2,000 SF metal building with two bedrooms and 1 bath is used to store motocross bikes and four-wheelers. Bikes are not included in the sale.
