- Why should I advertise my farms on FARMFLIP?
FARMFLIP.com makes finding farms for sale easy for buyers and investors, and provides farm sellers with an easy-to-use platform for marketing their farms for sale, farm auctions and farms for lease. Since its launch in 2004, the LANDFLIP family of sites has proven to be a comprehensive resource for buyers and investors searching for land. And our listing plans are flexible and affordable for all sellers, including land brokers, land auctioneers, and land FSBO.
- On which websites will my farms be listed?
Each listing plan includes LANDFLIP as well as the other websites in our network a listing may qualify. If your property meets our site-specific criteria, it will be listed on any combination of LANDFLIP, LOTFLIP, FARMFLIP, RANCHFLIP, AUCTIONFLIP, or COMMERCIALFLIP. Listings 20 acres and less will be listed on LOTFLIP, farms 5+ acres will be listed on FARMFLIP, and ranches 10+ acres will be listed on RANCHFLIP. Land auctions will be listed on AUCTIONFLIP. Commercial, industrial, or business property will be listed on COMMERCIALFLIP.
- Which listing plan should I pick?
The higher the plan, the higher the exposure. While all plans have a listing and photo limit, it's more important to pick a plan that reflects the exposure that fits your budget. If you are a land broker, agent, or auctioneer, the PRO plan will serve your needs the best. The STANDARD plan is only available to farm for sale by owner (FSBO) individuals.
- Do I pay a commission or fee if I sell my farm on your network?
No. We do not collect commissions or fees if you sell your listing through our network of sites.
- Does FARMFLIP own or lease any of the farms?
No. FARMFLIP does not own, buy, sell or lease any land listed on our network of sites. We are a real estate marketplace for land buyers and sellers.
- What type of farms can I advertise?
Farms with a residence or commercial building must be two (2) acres or more. We remove or edit listings that do not meet this requirement, are inappropriate, misleading/spammy, or appear to be a scam. We do make exceptions for waterfront cabins, hunting cabins, mountain cabins, and other similar or unique rural properties. Commercial, industrial, or business property of any size will be accepted on COMMERCIALFLIP only. We reserve the right to remove or edit a listing for any reason.
- Can I advertise a home, residence or commercial building?
Homes may be listed only if they are on two (2) or more acres of land. We may remove a listing that doesn't fit this requirement. We do make exceptions for waterfront cabins, hunting cabins, mountain cabins, and other similar or unique rural properties. Commercial, industrial, or business property of any size will be accepted on COMMERCIALFLIP only. We reserve the right to remove or edit a listing for any reason.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by check.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Our service is month-to-month and there are no contracts. You may cancel at any time. No refunds or credits will be issued for early cancellation, partial months, failure to list properties after purchasing, or non-use.
- Do you accept listing data feeds?

- Can you pull or scrape listings from my website?
