Pat Murra : Great Lakes & Land Real Estate Co

Pat Murra was born and raised in Iron Mountain, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. He attended Iron Mountain-Kingsford Area Schools. He then went on to school to become a Michigan Licensed Realtor in 1979. Pat has taken Real Estate 1, 2, and 3, and then completed a Real Estate Law Class from Michigan State University. He is a member of the Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Pat places his real estate wisdom and passion for life into his everyday business, helping to make real estate transactions go smoothly - for it may be the most significant purchase of his Buyer Clients life. Most important to Pat are honesty and integrity that have built trust with all his Listing Clients, and Buying Customers. Pat is very knowledgeable for helping customers from Listing and Selling their property and goes above and beyond to help them achieve their dreams. In addition to his career in real estate, Pat is the owner of a Tree Farm. For over 40 years he has been planting and trimming trees. In 2007 he also started a Tree Nursery, and sells seedlings and transplants throughout the area. In 2008, Pat also started an Industrial Sales supply company called Murra Sales, Incorporated. He also has over 40 years experience in industrial parts sales. When Pat isn't working he loves to spend time outdoors, exploring new areas, going to camp, hunting, fishing, cutting firewood, and spending time with family.
