I am proud to represent the rolling foothills of south-central Montana. Big Timber and the surrounding area are successful agricultural regions, with strong community bonds. The beautiful Crazy Mountains provide a perfect backdrop for all types of outdoor recreation, photography, and scenic drives. Big Timber is the gateway to the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness and has some of the best blue-ribbon trout fishing in the state. Hi, I'm Cheyenne Wilson. I grew up on my family's working cattle ranch in southeastern Montana. From an early age, I learned the importance of being a steward of our land and livestock. I also learned how essential hard work truly is. I grew up knowing that the lifestyle I was in and where I lived was heaven on earth. My love affair with horses began at a very young age. I began riding before I could walk (this is true and not just a cliche). I excelled in rodeo and earned a full-ride scholarship to college. I was unsure of what I wanted to do with my life, so after a year and a half of college, I set out to explore the world. I always dreamt big as a child, and I truly wanted to see if the grass was really greener on the other side of the fence. I lived in several large cities. I was able to gain experience in trademark law, cosmetology, customer service, and business ownership. Whenever I am tasked with doing something, it gets 100% of my focus and I do it to the best of my ability.
