Potash Farm is located is a 3 Mega House Farm. These broiler houses are 66'x600' and were built in 2013. Situated on 36+/- Acres in the Potash Community of Randolph County. This farm has a shop/barn with one of the nicest apartments you can imagine.
The poultry houses are up to date as of the list date. The farm raises the 8lb bird for the Koch Foods Pine Mountain complex. These houses are tunnel ventilated, solid interior and exterior side walls, cold cathode lighting, Rotem Controllers, Recirculating Cool Cells, Big Dutchman Feed Lines, and Tube Heaters. The farm has two diesel generators. The farm has a well and county water, it runs on LP gas. The seller made the up front investment and installed a rotating composter for mortality. This cost effectively composts the dead birds and produces a valuable by product. This takes no gas and is easy to use. This farm is set to produce birds efficiently.
The shop has a large open bay that you can drive through with tool storage and work benches. The apartment is a one bedroom and one bathroom and has a rustic feel. There is an unfinished upstairs that can be made into additional living space. There is a pad in place ready for a litter stack shed.
There are several home sites on the farm that have a view all the way into Georgia. The farm is very secluded and off the main road.
