Directions: From Hwy 64 & 183 in Buffalo, OK. Go 10.5 miles west on Hwy 64 to NS180, then ½ mile south or From Hwy 64 & 283 (7 mls. North of Laverne, OK) go 4 miles east, ½ south.

This tract is grassland with rolling terrain and some large ravines with timber. This is an excellent property for large Whitetail deer hunting (pictures of past deer taken off of this tract on website). There is a live creek that runs throughout this tract with two nice size ponds. There is a large ravine area on the northwest east corner of this property that also has springs and excellent wildlife habitat. This tract is slightly rolling terrain and is all grassland with most of the property in the CRP program. Access to this property is by good county road on the north, east, and south. The property is quarter of a mile wide by one mile long. This tract also has a 6” water well drilled and use for water supply to drilling rigs. (No pump)
