Cae Two Tract
Augusta Stagecoach Rd : Garnett, SC 29922
Hampton County, South Carolina

Farm Description
Located just west of Garnett in Hampton County, South Carolina and adjacent to and on the north side of the Augusta Stagecoach Road.
Three contiguous Wildlife Management Areas (WMA) comprising 25,000 acres, more or less, and many miles of Savannah River frontage lie just to the south and southwest of the property.
Approximately 145 acres of the property are heavily stocked with pine trees which were planted in 1981 (116 acres) and 1983 (30 acres). These areas have been managed for sawtimber production, having been thinned three times and controlled burned on several occasions.
The property has a private entrance from Augusta Stagecoach Road to a beautiful site where an earlier home had stood. Electrical service parallels the entrance road and continues through this property to the adjoining tract.
The soils are very productive for pine growth. The 30 acres of pine planted in 1983 were agricultural fields prior to 1983. These soils are excellent for both pine and row-crop production.
