Smithtown has been in the Smith family for over 100 years and the present owner has spared no expense in setting it up for both game and timber production. Smithtown has a level to gently rolling topography, with two established ¾-acre fish ponds that can probably be enlarged. There are three food plots, 2-3 acres in size, two dove fields, four fixed hunting stands (two doubles), three ladder stands, two fish feeders, and well defined creek frontage on Mosquito Creek.
The adjoining large ownerships are also managed for hunting. Smithtown’s tract value is further enhanced by its 82 acres of mature pine and 75 acres of hardwood bottom.
The tract is located in southwest Decatur County, Georgia, near the Florida line. This is a must see tract!!
