Predominate soil types are Malibar, Wabasso, Pineda, and Eaugallie. All

classes of soils have a slash timber pine index of 80.

The property is conveniently accessible to major traffic corridors and

larger cities, with only a 45-minute short drive to downtown Orlando

and a 15-minute drive to I-95.
