Looking for a private hunting place in a big time Whitetail Deer and Wild Turkey area of the famous Alabama “Black Belt”? This quiet, hunting getaway is a must see for any serious hunter looking for a place of their own in the central part of the state. The wild game are big and plentiful in this area! The property is a bit secluded for maximum privacy. However, the tract is very easy to reach and has an excellent road and trail system throughout. The variety and pattern of habitat (greenfields and stands of timber) is incredible. Mast producing hardwoods can be found in big timber stands running alongside various size fields. Nearly one third of the property was clearcut and replanted in improved, Loblolly Pines- making a good bedding and cover area for the Deer. There is something different around every corner. Two streams cross the property in different areas. The current owner has done a great job of managing the Deer and Turkey population with supplemental feeding and selective harvest programs. This great hunting retreat can easily be ready for you to trophy hunt this season!
