Hidden Ridge Lodge is a southern Adirondack woodland estate with turn-key residential infrastructure and a large land base, combining to create a host of possible future uses. The comfortable, well-appointed Adirondack-style lodge can serve as a family estate residence or become a central headquarters for a new venture, such as a campground or cottage community, healthy lifestyles retreat, educational or summer camp facility or resort-style vacation destination, offering weddings, family reunions and other events.
The main lodge is a 3-bedroom Adirondack style home with fine details and craftsmanship throughout. Stamped concrete floors resemble tile, hand-crafted full-log rafters make up the ceiling and a variety of wood species have been used for trim, cabinets and other details. The interior offers a spacious 2,160 square feet of living space in an open floor plan concept. In addition, there is a separate ranch home offering private living quarters for owners, caretakers, or guests. This second home is set completely privately from the main lodge.
The property offers open meadows, providing space for additional buildings as well as outdoor activities. There are two barns, currently outfitted for horses, which can house farm animals or be converted to other uses. The surrounding forest can be managed for timber production, maple syrup production, wildlife, recreation or conservation. On two sides are thousands of acres of state forest land, providing additional recreation as well as protection from development and insured privacy.
