This property, just north of Boston, Georgia, is an excellent timber investment tract combined with good hunting and recreational values. The tract contains about 95 acres of 28 year old planted slash pine along with a few acres of mature, natural pine and 12 acres of hardwood stands mostly along two small drains. The property has excellent access with county paved roads adjoining the east and west boundaries, just about one mile north of US Highway 84. The planted pines were well-thinned in the past leaving an adequate stocking of pines growing into sawtimber and pole products. There are three wildlife openings that could easily be converted into productive food plots. This tract is located 1.5 miles north of Boston, about 11 miles east of Thomasville and 10 miles north of the Georgia-Florida line.
