100 acres +/- of land for sale located near Eutaw in Greene County, Alabama. The Colbert tract is a good recreational and hunting property. Much of the timber on the property was cut approximately 5-10 years ago, and has naturally regenerated. The natural regeneration provides thick habitat and cover for the wildlife. Several small streams flow through the property, and the hardwood timber along the SMZ's would make a great place to hunt. The property has several planted food plots, and a power line runs through the tract as well. This property has good road frontage along County Road 231, so access is no issue. The property is located approximately 2 miles east of Interstate 20/50 and roughly 3 miles west of the Black Warrior River. Land in this area is highly sought after for the deer hunting. This property would be good for hunting deer, turkey, and hogs. An internal trail system runs throughout most of the property. There are a couple of gated entrances into the tract. There are some spots of kudzu on the property, that probably need to be treated. This tract does not have a current survey. This property is located 30 minutes from downtown Tuscaloosa, so you can be in your tree stand in less than an hour! Showings on this property are by appointment only please, so contact Jonathan Goode at 334-247-2005 to arrange your private showing.
