Boulder Ranch is a 62 acre (25 hectares) high mountain valley ranch with good pasture, plenty
of water from springs and a small pristine rushing mountain river, and old cabin and shelter for animals. The setting is awe inspiring with pure air and clean, clear water and only the sounds of nature. Nestled up near the Tapanti National Forest. It is 7 miles off the main road at the end of a rough rock road. It takes 30 to make the trip from the main road. It a car approaches you know they are coming to see you or they are lost.
Excellent improved pasture that stays green year round. Several huge boulders scattered around. Folklore tells of a cave on the farm that the local Indians used years ago.
Pure spring water for drinking and plenty for your animals. Grand views that defy description, even the photos don't do it justice.
