With a neat hill-top residence, barn, cabin and two water wells, this place is ready to move in and start hunting. The large metal barn has a small apoartment built inside and still has a lot of storage space for equipment.
The ranch exhibits rolling hills of the TExas Hill Country with whitebrush and other high protein vegetation typical of South Texas. There is also live oak, shin oak, mountain laurel, persimmon, some cedar and native grasses. Elevations vary from 1,836 feet to 2,375 feet.
