The Brock Tract lies just a few miles outside of the city limits of Valley, AL. It presents itself attractive to hunters, ranchers, timber investors, or potentially to developers as it is in close proximity to the Chambers County Industrial Park. It is also close to I-85 and Opelika, AL. Osanippa Creek runs through the northern portions of the tract and along its eastern boundary. At present, the tract has over 600 acres of mature merchantable timber, of which approximately 340 acres is upland. It has about 260 acres of well stocked premerchantable pine plantations of various ages. There are over 140 acres of pasture land. This tract has approximately two miles of road frontage along Cusseta Road and along County Road 177. It is currently accessible through gates located on Cusseta Road, CR 177, as well as through an easement on CR 187.
