This potential timberland hunting tract was harvested in 1995 and has a generous stocking of naturally regenerated loblolly pine. There are +/-51 acres of 18 year old loblolly pine plantation and 59.7 acres of 43 year old mature loblolly pine. The small fields have been under continuous cultivation.
This tract baost excellent access with +/-800 feet of road frontage on U. S. Hwy. 501 just north of the N. C. Hwy. 130 intersection. Additional access is from SR1132 (McCallum Road) and from SR1130 (Townsendville Road) by permission.
This tract is minutes from I-95 with access from Exit 2 (north), and halfway between the cities of McColl, S. C., and Rowland, N. C.
