Snowmobiling is super, and the area is called "Big Snow Country" because of its record annual snowfallsThe Bill Nicholls Trail is less than a mile away, and in the summer you can ride horseback or ATV's on this trail. Corporate CFA, and National Forest Lands are less than a quarter-mile away for access to hunting. About a mile away is the 28 mile long Flintsteel River, which flows north-westward to Lake Superior. This river is a Designated Trout Stream, known for Northern pike catches and great canoeing. The home, built in the 1930's, has been enlarged, with some updates.
