The cabin is heated by a free standing wood-burning stove in the mainroom and an Lp-gas stove is available for cooking. A well and septic has been installed, but the well has not been hooked to the cabin. The bathroom has a shower stall with a water tank and a 12-volt sprayer pump. An indoor toilet has not been installed, so an Out House is used for toilet facilities. Possession will be three days after Closing. Trees Common In The Area Include: Balsam fir, Black spruce, Northern white-cedar, Tamarack, White spruce, with some Black ash, Red maple, and Quaking aspen.
