Broken Arrow Broiler Farm is a six 6 house broiler farm located in Chesterfield County, South Carolina, just north of the town of Hartsville. The farm includes 35+/- acres of land as well as a single-wide mobile home and several improvements across the farm. The poultry houses are 40x500' built in 1996 4 and 1998 2 and are currently growing Perdue. Gross income was just over $270,000 in 2025. Target weight is 4.25 lbs on a 35 day grow out, growing 6-7 flocks per year. Historical poultry litter income has averaged an additional $8,000 annually. The farm will require some updates. The buyer will be responsible for these updates and the integrator has agreed to provide financial incentives toward these required upgrades.
