Van Horn, the biggest town closer than El Paso, is only a 20 minute drive from this property. This is a convenient location.

You will be off grid. Utilities have not yet been run into this area. For electricity you will probably choose solar. You can have water hauled in from Van Horn, or contact a local water well driller to see if that's a good option for you. You will probably have propane delivered for your heating and cooking needs.
If you build a residence, you can request that the county road department maintain the road past your property. Some of our customers have found the original survey pins at the corners of their lots.
