From the Marquette City West Washington Street/Lincoln Avenue Intersection take West Washington Street to Highway US-41. Head west on US HWY 41 for 33.5 miles to Brown Beach Road. Turn left on Brown Beach Road and go 1 mile to the State of Michigan boat launch. Park at the boat launch and it is about a 8 minute boat ride to the island.
