The other farm has 4 broiler houses (43 X 500 built in 2004) a 3 br/2 bath home a few outbuildings a pond and 24 acres +/-. Both farms use well water with city water backup. The propane tanks are owned on both farms and will convey to the buyer. OK Foods contract 8.5 lb chicken in 60 days. 14 +/- days between flocks. 4.5 - 5 Flocks a year.
