Situated on what feels like the top of the world, the 483 acre Done Runnin Ranch has picturesque views in every direction and straddles some of the richest hunting grounds in the entire state of Colorado. Recreation

Fall is an incredible time of year at the ranch. In early September the aspen leaves begin to change color and the hunting season starts. In the months following you will encounter an exciting elk Sept/Oct and mule deer Nov rut. Bordering thousands of acres of State Wildlife Area to the west, the ranch has a great trail system making it easy to access all parts of the property as well as the State Wildlife Area. Large numbers of elk utilize this habitat and can be seen coming off of these mountains during archery and rifle seasons while the lower end of the ranch has a desirable winter habitat for the big game animals. Located in Colorado GMU 181, an over elk unit, tags are plentiful and available for friends and family. Located in one of the most sought-after mule deer & antelope ranges in all of Colorado, the landowner tags come in handy here as permits allow landowners of this size to obtain multiple tags for each species each year.

Easy to access yet secluded, Done Runnin Ranch is located just 20 minutes outside the town of Kremmling CO via Highway 40. 1 hour within Silverthorne and Steamboat Springs, and 2 15 minutes from Denver.
