Access to the property is via Lower Red Creek Road to S 39300 W. Best route is driving up toward Promised Land Resort on S Lower Red Creek Road, turning off onto W 11100 S, and turning again on the dirt road I have outlined in the map. See all photos and Google Maps link for directions.
Notes from photographer: This property was surprisingly easy to access. The road does get a little steep, but most vehicles should be able to drive to it, you don't need high clearance. There are neighbors on each side, both with at least a mobile home or small shack built. I did have 4G coverage for Verizon at the property. The property has a small road leading into it, plenty of flat space before the drop off, and then a steep incline with no flat space at the bottom. I did not see any power or structures on the property.
