Quines Creek Retreat is a private 136 acres located in a quiet valley in rural Southern Oregon. The property is easily accessible and situated less than two miles from I-5 with road frontage on Quines Creek Rd. As a bonus the Heaven On Earth restaurant and its world-famous cinnamon rolls are just down the road. Encompassed in its own private little valley the property's terrain is flat and gentle through the middle and gives way to sloped forested hillsides on its borders. There is a 25-acre patch of merchantable age timber and the remainder of the property is stocked with younger growth trees, primarily consisting of Douglas-fir. Douglas County previously approved a homesite for this property, it has since expired, but the county has stated that it will still be possible.
