Farm 314.
Farm 314 is a newer five house Butterball turkey farm, that was constructed in 2015 and 2016. The houses are wood truss/drop ceilings. One is 50' x 350', one 50' x 450' and three are 54' x 500'. They have Choretime equipment, with Chortronic controllers (40 stage) and tunnel ventilation. The farm has Choretime feeders and Choretime drinkers. It also has roll-seal doors, automatic attic vents, quad radiant heaters, two auto-start generators (100 kW & 125 kW), an incinerator and 25,000 gallons water storage (5 tanks). A new 40' x 80' stacker shed was recently added. This farm operates on propane and rural water. Butterball pays for new shavings.
These turkey houses were updated in 2021.
Bird placement per flock would be 71,100. With an average of 3 1/2 flocks per year. With an estimated projected income of equipment that will remain is:
