Located near Lake Harding, about a mile from Bartlett Ferry Dam, on Lee Rd 334 paved with power & water with 2800 feet of road frontage. There is another 1800 feet of road frontage on Lee Rd 336 dirt road no power. Po Boy's Landing public boat launch is a few hundred yards from the northeast property corner and there are potential home sites on this side of the property with a view of Lake Harding. The feature attraction of this land is Mill Creek. This creek flows almost a mile through this property. For about 1600 ft, the property is on both sides of the creek and another 800 +/- feet of the creek constitutes the southeast property line. Mill Creek is a large bold-flowing stream on its way to the Chattahoochee River. A tranquil place to enjoy Nature sitting by a deep pool and enjoying the sight and sounds of water rushing over rocks and boulders. Frequent patches of native azalea and mountain laurel growing along the bank will add further enjoyment when they flower in the Spring. The topography is level to gently-rolling with upland soils. About 32 acres was clearcut in 2021. About 18 acres of hardwood 40 years old are along side Mill Creek and the several small streams that drain into it. About 7 acres was clearcut in 2019 and re-planted with pine in Jan 2020.
