Bear, Beaver, Ducks, Geese, Muskrat, Otter, Partridge, Rabbit, Squirrel, Whitetail deer, and Woodcock are often seen near the stream and in the woodlands of this parcel. Trees common in the area include Balsam, Birch, Maple and Pine.
