This 40+/- acre wooded parcel is located just a half mile north of the Otter Lake in Michigan's Upper Peninsula! A pond and seasonal creek, that runs into the Sturgeon River, is located on the property. This is a well known recreational area - Otter Lake is an 890 acre lake, which is about 29 feet deep. Bear, Beaver, Ducks, Geese, Muskrat, Otter, Partridge, Rabbit, Squirrel, Whitetail deer, and Woodcock are often seen near the stream and in the woodlands of this parcel.
