From Rosenberg travel southwest of IH-69 (US-59) until your reach Spur 10. Turn left (southeast) and travel on Spur 10 about 1.8 miles until your reach Sims Road (Zunker Road). Turn right (southwest) and travel to the end of Zunker Road (about 2 miles). Turn left on Blaze Road and travel 0.75 miles to Waddell Road. Turn right on Waddell Road and at the bend in the road the property will be on your left or the southeast side of the paved county road.
