Falls Creek Falls State Park is one of the largest and most visited state parks with nearly 30,000 acres and boasts one of the highest waterfalls in the eastern US at 256 ft. Several cascades and waterfalls are throughout the park drawing many tourists and hikers. As you can imagine, outdoor enthusiasts flock here to hike, bike, kayak, swim, fish, and enjoy nature's wonders.

McMinnville is 26 miles west. With a population of 13,600, the small city provides all the amenities needed. This area is famous for nurseries. It has the perfect climate and soil combination for growth. Big box stores, hotels, restaurants, entertainment, hospitals, and rich local history can be found here.
