Residential Use Restrictions

Homes shall be not less than 1,000 square feet in size, exclusive of garages, carports, porches and patios. Only double wide mobile homes and not single wide mobile homes shall be permitted, provided the double wide mobile homes are not less that 1,000 square feet in size, underskirted and not more than (5) five years old when placed on property.
Construction of residential structures, barns outbuildings, and other permanent improvements shall be of new material.
Camping in self-contained travel trailers or motor homes shall be permitted on the property, but not to exceed (30) thirty consecutive days. Use of self-contained travel trailers or motor homes as a residence shall be permitted during construction of permanent residence, provided said use does not exceed (1) one year.
