Ferguson Farm is an 8 house breeder hen poultry farm for sale on 52+/- acres located in Lincoln County Tennessee. Ferguson Farm is contracted with Tyson Foods Shelbyville Complex. There is a site ready for a mobile home on the property. There are 4 42x500 houses built in 2012 with Big Dutchman feeders, Shenandoah nests, Rotem Contollers, and Lubing drinkers.There are 4 40x300 houses built 2 end to end with a gathering room in between upgraded in 2018 and built in 1996. Upgrades in 2018 include new Choretime nests, Rotem Controllers, curtains, and end doors. The houses are equipped with Choretime feeders and Lubing drinkers. These houses are on premium pay with bonus for nest closures. Houses are in good condition.The farm has well and city water. Tyson provides shavings for floors. Gross annual income on the farm averages with an additional average income of from litter sales.In addition to the poultry houses and mobile home ready site, there is some open ground, a 40x60 barn currently used for hay storage built in 2015, a large 40x275 stackshed built in 2018, a 40x60 office building built in 2012, a 40x75 litter shed built in 2005, and another 20x40 barn built in 1999.
