This 5.83 acre parcel is less than 6 miles south of the mighty Columbia River in eastern Washington. The Spokane river empties into the Columbia a few miles north of there. Walleye fishing is bigtime here as well as hunting of all types. This portion of the Columbia is part of Roosevelt Lake, formed by Grand Coulee Dam downstream. The Hawk Creek area is mixed timber and meadow, with farmlands to the east and west.
