Down Payment: Payment: purchase price: 9 acres are located in the western part of Shannon County, just about 3.5 miles east of Summersville, Mo. The easement road is approximately 1.5 miles down the county road. 8 will be the 4th driveway on the right.
The driveway is located on the SW corner of the property. As you come down the driveway, you will see the stunning views looking to the SE over the seasonal creek below. The clearing is very private and has shade trees scattered throughout.
The land is relatively level for most of the property, except for the southeast side of the property. From the east side of the clearing, it does start to slope to the south. Summersville, MO is a small rural town located in Shannon County. Approximately 515 residents call this small townhome. Employment opportunities include a factory that assembles guns, a meatpacking house, a sale barn, sawmills, and a charcoal plant.
Angeline Conservation Area is located to the northeast of the properties. There are over 74,000 acres of the national forest for you and your family to enjoy. This public uses land and is home to tons of wildlife. You can hunt during turkey and deer season but must follow the regulations for each respective hunting season.
