Quail whistle throughout the property and are bountiful, making their home in the mixture of prairie grass and thick cedars. Predator hunting is also available and can be a unique experience from the many high vantage points.

There are trails throughout the property that provide for excellent ATV or off-road opportunities as well. Again, with the changes in elevation and unique landscape, this is a trail rider's dream.

History

This property is located just SW of Medicine Lodge, KS. Medicine Lodge is site of the Indian Peace Treaty and Celebration held every three years.
