Farm Description

Tract 1103 is a fully timbered tract located on Meister Hills Road in Morgan County, Tennessee. The topography is gently sloped on most of the acres and the tract was once a farm purchased by Bowater and then planted with pine. There is a nice 10 acre pond on the property and one perennial creek named Stowers Branch. Several other drainages offer other pond sites. This tract could easily be converted back to farmland after the pines are harvested. On the land utilities including natural gas are at the road. With Tract 1103 the timber inventory estimates 33,000+ tons of pine products and 14,000 tons of hardwood products. There are 306 acres of pine plantations and the remaining 151 is natural hardwoods.
