Purchase price is $15,000

To get started: A Down Payment of $1,000 + Closing Costs of $150 is to be paid via Paypal.

I will email the buyer a Paypal invoice for $1,150 upon being notified you wish to purchase this land.

Remaining balance of $14,000 financed via Contract for Deed for 14 monthly payments of $1,000.

$25 per month for prepayment of property tax shall be added to monthly payment.
