The Farm

This home was built in 2001. It is a 1-story off frame modular. Incredibly energy efficient, well-designed 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath house with hickory tongue and groove hardwood floors. It has a new roof and is well maintained.

The front of the home boasts a large, covered porch and in the back, there is a second spacious, uncovered porch for barbecue and viewing the treed, free range chicken area, or for container gardening, private sunbathing etc. The chicken coop is incorporated under this deck for security.

o Currently produces 12 to 18 meat goats annually for sale on the hoof or for personal consumption.

o All done on a part-time basis. Market for rabbit is 20 lb. cases to restaurants.
