There is a very nice pond near the center of the property and Turkey Creek that always has pools of water all year long. Although Turkey Creek isn't what you'd call a "live creek", running water 365 days a year, it is definitely running the greatest part of the year. These two water sources provide abundant water for game. There are some wild hogs in the area too for your hunting enjoyment and there appears to be a turkey population as well.
