Montrose is located in Chester County only 25 miles from Rock Hill and Fort Mill. It is also only 35 miles from Charlotte, NC. The property adjoins the East & West side of I-77 with access from Old Mill Road, Appaloosa Drive, and Martin Grave Road. There is paved road frontage on SC Hwy 97, Old Mill Road, and SC Hwy 901.
