The main lodge is a 2467 Sq.Ft. home with three bedrooms and two baths. In addition to the main lodge, the property offers 12 cabins and two garages.

Land Description The 51.4 acres of land associated with this camp property is one of the finest parcels you will find. Nestled along the eastern edge of the magnificent Anthracite Creek Valley, this property has spectacular views of the Raggeds Wilderness which begins only a few miles east of this land. The land contains somne beautiful creekside meadows lined with majestic cottonwoods, and interspersed with scenic river rock. The land is evenly split with approximately 25 acres of riparian habitat and meadows, with the balance of land being comprised of thick forested hillsides of spruce and fir. Located off HWY 133 at the 3-1/2 mile marker on County Road 12 Kebler Pass. It is 25 miles West of Crested Butte, 20 miles East of Paonia, and 45 miles South of Carbondale Glenwood Springs, Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley.

Recreational Activities Fishermen will find a wide variety of fish in the Anthracite Creek including cutthroat, brown and brook trout. Whether you are fly fishing or live bait fishing, your chances of landing a trophy catch here are very good. Grab your favorite fishing rod and reel and head out to the creek.

The beautiful Gunnison National Forest is less than two miles away with hiking, ATV trails, horseback riding, hunting, climbing, biking and an abundance of other outdoor recreational activities.

The resort city of Glenwood Springs is a one-hour drive from the property. It sits in the rugged Rocky Mountains and is well known for its magnificent hot springs.
