Most of these trees are mature, producing trees; any non-producing trees have been removed from the farm and replaced with new ones. The yearly pecan average is 30,000 pounds. The two tracts are not adjoining, but located just a few miles from each other.
In addition to the pecan farm, there are 50 acres of irrigated coastal bermuda grass included. This pasture comes complete with a 7-tower pivot and can be cut up to five times on an average year. This grass is currently rented to a local farmer on a share crop lease, which has consistently grossed the owner in income.
